I want to tell you my interesting story from my metal detecting! The day before we left for the cop, I started asking my son and nephew: «Would they like to come with me?». They, of course, agreed without thinking, since they themselves really love instrument detecting and are even thinking about buying a cheap metal detector to start with.
The next day has arrived! It’s 7:00 am. I woke up the kids and we started getting ready. This is where the first interesting beginning begins! I always say, remind me of things that will be useful to us on the cop. So, we left and drove about five kilometers and then they asked me: «Did we take a shovel?» We stopped, checked our luggage and then bam, but there was no shovel! We laughed for a long time. It’s still good that they at least remembered, otherwise they would have left without a shovel. Well, never mind, we returned home, grabbed a shovel and went back on the road. Finally, after 20-30 minutes we are already there. This place is very old, one might even say ancient, with a small legend. We went out and started digging, and of course we came across garbage — what would we do without it? But after walking around a little more, a color signal suddenly beeped, we started digging, and then bam and 2 kopecks fell out.
Because of the mud, we could not see the year for some time. After wiping the coin with water, we finally saw it, and it was 1925. Of course, we were not immediately surprised by the coin. We were lucky that my nephew had a special program that could give all the data about the coin, and then he found it! It turned out that this coin was rare and worth a lot of money; they even found a myth that about a hundred of these coins were issued, and they were very valuable due to their rarity. Of course our reactions were «Wow, we are rich now!» But it was not there. In doubt about the year of the coin, my son took the coin in his hands and began to carefully examine it. And then he said: «I have bad news for you». It turned out that we mixed up the year 1925 from 1926. The reason for this was the small number 6, similar to the number 5. Of course, we were upset, we thought: We’ll definitely be lucky next time.
Well, at least we didn’t leave this place with just one coin, but we found about 10 coins, as well as a cross. This is where my story ends. Brothers-treasure hunters, search, dig and you will definitely be lucky!
