Military equipment from the bottom of the river, exhibition (video+)

Have you ever wondered what happens to military equipment that is picked up after the war? Do they saw it for metal? Or are they sold to private collections (and there are such!)? Or is the equipment restored, brought to normal operating condition and put on public display?

I prefer the second option. It’s especially great when equipment can be used in reconstruction at military-historical festivals. So in this case, raised equipment from the times of the Great Patriotic War was brought to St. Petersburg, to Palace Square. It is interesting to look at intact and restored copies of the T-34-76, KV-1, T-38 tanks, and Stalinets tractors. Epic!

We collect more videos on lifting tanks here , the section is compiled and constantly updated.
