Business is a dynamic matter. If you don’t change and don’t make adjustments on time, you can find yourself on the back foot of the whole thing. This applies not only to the creation of new models of metal detectors, but also most importantly — their sales. Diggers spend their money on those models that seem to them to be the best and most promising at the moment, and if you lose this sales thread at once, you can suffer quite large losses.

Having studied what was written by various comrades on the Internet, I decided to bring to the attention of THINKING people some (NOT ALL) facts that have documentary and factual confirmation. For those wishing to get acquainted with them personally, I am ready to devote time. I do this forcedly, because… in my opinion, the limit of what is permitted has already been passed… I’m writing once, if you don’t understand something, please delve into it if you really want to understand something. 
Lies about the unauthorized organization of production of analogue models of Golden Mask and SVAROG on the territory of the Russian Federation. 
Everything was done with the knowledge of Mr. Lilov. Moreover, he supplied the components necessary for such assembly, recorded in invoices issued for payment of supplies, in customs declarations and in business correspondence. Mr. Lilov also provided serial numbers to be placed on finished products. There is evidence of this in business correspondence (our request for such a need and his approving response to our request, as a result of the provision of a pool of numbers). 
Mr. Lilov was well aware: 
• about the ongoing assembly of analog models of Golden Mask and SVAROG metal detectors 
• about our plans to purchase equipment for production, as evidenced by business correspondence with him and even the video clip provided to him of the first launch of the line. 
• that we have a desire to make a three-frequency SVAROG device, including its technical characteristics, functions, and settings. The result was an agreement with Mr. Lilov for the development and production of such a metal detector by us and the supply by Mr. Lilov of the necessary components (housing, rods, coils, etc.) for its assembly, which is confirmed in business correspondence and the very fact of delivery , albeit not fully completed. Moreover, after receiving such information, he later implemented some of the functions we proposed in the 5+ SE model. This did not contradict our agreements and I don’t see a problem here, but there is a residue)). 
• Following logic, I dare to assume that Mr. Lilov deliberately disrupted the supply of components in May of this year, which resulted in a delay in the release of SVAROG RATIC. The delivery, or rather the under-delivery, was made in such a way that it was impossible to obtain a finished product from the received components. For what purpose I will write my assumption below. 
After the failure of the delivery of components, Mr. Lilov stopped communicating, to be precise, from June 11 of this year. Naturally, all the evidence is there! I told further events on a video filmed by 12 Thalers. 
Lies about the theft of the model for Russia 
The SVAROG model, namely its name, developed design, and configuration options were developed by us and transferred to Mr. Lilov for further technical implementation. I emphasize the word implementation here, because this does not prove ownership of the SVAROG brand in favor of Mr. Lilov. Naturally, all the sources are with us. And discrepancies in dates will be obvious. The very first copies of the control units of this detector, supplied by Mr. Lilov to Russia, were based on the Thracain metal detector board produced by Mr. Lilov for the company Thrace Detectors, which is also not his intellectual property. For more than a year, SVAROG has been produced on a board of our production, redesigned to meet Russian conditions of use. Please note that absolutely all SVAROG detectors were assembled right here in Russia, proof of this is the Customs Declarations, which clearly state the composition of the cargo delivered by Mr. Lilov to the territory of the Russian Federation, and there is not a single SVAROG detector in them! 
Ratich described the situation with SVAROG above, in the development of which Mr. Lilov took absolutely no part. And the visual similarity of the photographs of the prototype with the Golden Mask is due to the fact that there was an agreement to assemble this device in cases supplied by Mr. Lilov.

Lies regarding the failure of 5+ detectors due to the use of non-original coils, stated by Mr. Lilov in an attempt to justify the large number of failures of 5+ detectors. 
Absolutely all 5+ that came as a complaint were sold with the original coil. This is confirmed by all calls to the service center. All correspondence with users is recorded, and there are also recordings of some telephone conversations (which the client is warned about before starting). The measurements, tests, and field tests prove the opposite: the reels produced by CORS and MGC Lab are not inferior in quality and performance characteristics, but in some parameters they are superior to the original Golden Mask reels. You can verify this by talking with their owners, including reputable treasure hunters, whose opinions are listened to on the Internet, or by taking measurements yourself. I will provide samples for your choice. Non-original DeTech and Karma reels were supplied by Mr. Lilov himself and were recommended as high quality, there should be no questions for us about them. 
Deliberate silence and distortion of meaning as to why the main purchases on my part were 5+, again using the quality of 5+ as indirect evidence. 
Based on what was written above, it is a completely logical explanation why I only purchased 5+. Yes, because all other models have been produced locally for a year now. And these purchases do not in any way indicate that the quality of the supplied 5+ was adequate. Using simple mathematical calculations, comparing the number of complaints to the number of 5+ sold, the percentage of defects was about 60, which is definitely not normal in the modern understanding of quality. Add to this the increasing number of cases of breakage of coils and telescopic rods, and the workload on the service center has increased by an order of magnitude, i.e. 10 times! And this load is expressed in specific figures in rubles, because Mr. Lilov withdrew and to this day does not consider it necessary to get in touch. What can I say if, in order to ensure a guarantee, I once had to buy from one of my dealers several new 5+, which at that time had not yet been sold by them, in order to replace the one that had failed. Naturally, I also have evidence of this. 
Violations of the contract by Lilov: 
• Clause 2.2 – violation of the Supplier’s obligations not to supply the Product for sale in this Territory independently or with the participation of third parties, including not to sell the Product to third parties for distribution in this Territory. (the term “Territory” in the contract is defined as Russia) If I am silent, Mr. Lilov, this does not mean that I know nothing! 
• This also includes Clause 3.18 a – violation of obligations to transmit information about any relevant contacts with third parties — buyers in the Territory. 
• Clause 3.18 b — violation of obligations to transfer information that the Distributor reasonably requires to fulfill obligations under this agreement, incl. and without limitation, any information regarding deterioration of supply capabilities. 
• Clause 4.3 – violation of the procedure for early termination of the contract. Legally, the contract is not terminated. 

Selfish question 
I invite those who like to count other people’s money, and most importantly those who know how to do this, and if they can’t, then accompanied by them, to visually familiarize themselves with the terms of the contract for this part, documents for the movement of funds under the contract, which are required to be provided to currency control, and calculate the amount received by matching debits with credits. Everything else is “poor man’s talk”! Guys, Mr. Lilov has not been in touch for almost six months! 

Result 
As promised above, I see only one logical explanation for all Mr. Lilov’s actions behind his distributor’s back. He just wanted to at least work with dealers directly, making a profit on his own, because… The lion’s share of the work to promote the brand has already been done, and it was not done by him. This is evidenced by a letter sent to all current dealers, in which Mr. Lilov announced the severance of relations with me and offered to make purchases directly from him. Or he received a tempting offer and needed to make a nice exit. I don’t know, I can only guess. I would not be surprised if tomorrow the emergence of a new distributor from among the major players is announced.

As it turned out, the company Reef Detectors has become the new distributor of Golden Mask in Russia. The information was found to be unreliable, we are waiting for news from the manufacturer Golden Mask.

But it is known that by February a new Golden Mask model with frequencies of 8-15-30 kHz or 6-13-24 kHz may be released.
