A short video on how to correctly perform ground balance on AKA metal detectors. Very often, many beginners, and even experienced diggers, do not know how to make this important adjustment in their device, because it will help to get the greatest depth and maximum performance.
I’ll add on my own behalf, the most effective method of ground balance on AKA Signum is:
- Keep the device with the coil in the air at a height of more than 30 cm.
- Hold down the S (+) button at the same time and turn on the device. Hold the S button until the screen saver goes away and the ground balance window opens
- Slowly lower the coil to the ground and voila, BG is complete.
Fast and simple. Yes, I checked it at the test site — it really gives an extra centimeter in depth. Working.
