It has become known that very soon, on September 8, 2018, the next, already 10th meeting «Elder» will be held! The event will take place in the Mozhaisky district of the Moscow region.
Rally — This is, first of all, a meeting of like-minded people who share with each other the secrets of working with metal detectors, talk about finds and interesting cases from search practice, make new acquaintances and friends.
The organizers hope that the event, as before, will bring a lot of pleasure from communicating with like-minded people, relaxing and participating in an interesting program.
The cost of participation in the rally is 1200 rubles for each adult, children under 12 years old are free.
Welcome:
— Communication, mutual assistance, respectful attitude towards all participants of the event, cultural behavior.
— Preparing salads or other dishes at home and bringing them to the gathering
PROHIBITED
— Carrying firearms and traumatic weapons is strictly prohibited!!!

— drinking alcoholic beverages in undesignated areas
— obscene language
— litter in the camp, leave garbage after the end of the rally
— driving more than 5 km per hour and while drunk
Volunteers will be responsible for maintaining law and order. If you don’t see them, it doesn’t mean you can break the rules! The strictest measures will be taken against all violators, up to and including expulsion from the camp and «eternal ban» on the forum!
A qualified medical professional will also be at the event!

REGISTRATION OF MEETING PARTICIPANTS «AUTUMN 2018»
To register at the meeting place, you must receive an original badge. Wearing badges is MANDATORY! On a special table there will be badges sorted alphabetically by nicknames on the forum. Separately there will be badges with Russian and English spelling of nickname.
You need to find a badge with your nickname and go further to select a token for the lottery. The token is drawn from the bag, the token number is written on the badge and registration sheet. Providing a badge to enter the token number is STRICTLY MANDATORY!!!
You can draw a token for your guest (except for children under 12 years old). For the guest, the token number is also entered into the badge.
TOKENS ARE PLACED IN THE JAR! DO NOT TAKE IT WITH YOU!
Forum Strawberries «Elder» move on to the next table and additionally draw SEPARATE tokens and put them in a SEPARATE jar! The numbers also fit into the badge and list (in a different color). Strawberries who bought a card at the rally are NOT ALLOWED to participate in the autumn lottery for strawberries! Please purchase the card in advance!
COMTEST «FIELD OF WONDERS» FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS
Three silver rubles and three fifty kopecks of Nicholas II will be buried in a field fenced with tape. Be careful, there are other antiques on the field: coins, iron, corks, wire, etc.
Goal of the competition: use a metal detector to find any number of coins, preferably prize ones! The found coins are also your gift and there is no need to return them! The number of participants is unlimited! Be sure to take a shovel! The participant who found the ruble or fifty-kopeck coins of Nicholas II, himself or with the help of friends, reports this to the presenter (he stands at the exit). He will announce how many coins have been dug up and how many are left. Once all prize coins have been dug up, an announcement will be made over the loudspeaker. You can stay on the field for an unlimited time and continue searching for various artifacts.

To conduct the lottery, a transparent lottery drum is installed into which all the participants’ tokens are poured. With the help of representatives of the general sponsor, tokens are drawn, one at a time. First token — first prize, second token — second prize and so on.
LOttery FOR STRAWBERRY FORUM ELDER
To conduct an additional lottery FOR FORUM STRAWBERRY, all participant tokens are removed from the lottery drum and strawberry tokens are filled in. Then, just like in the first case, tokens are pulled out, one at a time. First token — first prize, second token — second prize and so on.
Note: Strawberry is a person who purchased a forum membership card «Elder» before September 7 inclusive. If you purchased a card on September 8, then you will not participate in the autumn lottery! Please purchase the card in advance! You can pay for it before September 7th, pick up the card on the 8th and then you are eligible to participate!

If before the end of the award time (until 14.00) a participant with a badge does not come to the drawing, then the prize is REPLAYED (any token from the lottery drum is drawn).

TEST SITE
To test various metal detectors, a special area will be organized on which various metal objects, chains, crosses, coins, etc. will be buried at different depths. Each item will be signed. This way you will study the behavior of your metal detectors and can compare them with others. The site will be open from 9.00 for the duration of the rally.
MUSIC
Starting around lunchtime, a musical ensemble will play for you and/or the rally participants themselves will perform. Do you want to perform? Come up to the stage and you will be given free time to perform!
