Good Finds with Fisher F44 – Part 1
I quite often tell my friends — search engines — you will always find something, no matter what kind of detector you have. Any device brings discoveries, but making a decision — to dig or not to dig is up to you. 🙂 With a good detector, you will dig fewer holes and, therefore, have a better chance of finding something more interesting than spending hours in a row digging out yet another piece of foil, wire or cork. Recently, an interesting and new device from FisherLab from 2015 came to my attention, this is the Fisher F44.
There are many interesting finds posted in the Fisher community on Facebook, which I will write about soon. Thanks to the FisherLab team for the good photos! Let’s take a look and go ahead, our finds await us in the fields and on the beaches!
Discoveries can await the seeker in the most ordinary places, for example on the beach. This is how Dani Qr from Spain discovered a real 18kt gold ring on a local beach.
At first glance, finding a ring may seem rather boring and ordinary — What can I say, rings are lost quite often, and found just as often, even without a detector. But Dacus Brasus discovered an extraordinary ring, gilded silver with an amethyst, dating back to around the 1800s.
In addition to rings, searchers quite often find various coins. For example, Mirko Sini discovered this collection, which includes ancient Roman and other, including medieval coins and relics.
In addition to gold items, among the finds there are also finds made of silver — Ton Hofman found this silver coin from 1712. An exciting find, especially when you realize that this worn circle has been lying in the ground for more than just years — century.
Guess what this? 18K gold ring with 10 real diamonds and sapphires was found by searcher Isa Colautti on her first coin hunt with a detector! This ring was valued at $13,000.00, but the story is not over yet, Isa was able to return the ring to its rightful owner! Undoubtedly, such a discovery of both the ring and its rightful owner inspires further searches. Who knows, maybe tomorrow you will find something truly extraordinary.
Take photos and send us your finds! Let others look too and, most likely, even envy you!
