I looked and suddenly understood why so many readers of our channel don’t believe me about the fields plowed in the summer. Yes, I already see that comrades in other regions in the summer really have a very difficult time with places to dig.
Therefore, to make my note clear, I would like to more or less describe the conditions in which I am digging this summer. A good field on the outskirts of the village, the field is not visible from the local road. So, a digger cannot accidentally get on it. At the same time, on a weekday, a dozen and a half diggers can walk across the field at different times from early morning to late evening. It also happens that I arrive at a field, and there on the road and near the forest there are five digging vehicles. And, these are your friends not in the near Moscow region, but four hundred miles from the capital city and one hundred and fifty from the regional center. Wilderness and wilderness. So, almost all the kopars are locals, summer residents or friends of locals who were told about this field.
There are comrades who go to the field like they go to work, some are on schedule – three, every four. There were also those who came a couple of times and never show up again, but this only makes us happier. Although the realization that these same “vagrants” could then drive to another field and find something more interesting there does not give peace from time to time.
But what about those competitors who regularly dig in that very field? And there you have to look. The fact is that the field itself is not usually found in locations. It’s happened to me more than once that I walk around the field for an hour and a half, and in the swag there’s a bent cross and a weight. And then, in twenty minutes from one site, five or six finds of different periods. After that, I’ll check everything around, go through parallels, diagonals and knights, but there are no more finds.
And, lo and behold, I began to notice exactly the same behavior in comrades. There is one competitor walking with Asuka. So, following him, in his footsteps, I regularly pick up finds. Not because Aska is a bad MD, it’s just that the digger doesn’t have much experience and swings that Aska like a golf club. I saw once that this comrade parked his car not where it usually was, but halfway to the forest. He got out of the car, and with a confident step, without working out the path, he walked purposefully towards one section of the field. Then, the comrade diligently trampled a small area for three hours.
Well, this became interesting to me, and on my next trip, I walked to that section. I looked and saw that it had not been trampled tightly and there weren’t many holes from digging. Yes, and those that exist were crowned, for the most part, with iron bars of a plate chain. I walked around that place a little. In general, there are no signals, no garbage, no coins. I got bored, so I wandered past, but then there was a signal. I'm digging, Petrovskaya half. Five steps from her is Mikhail's penny. And this has already become interesting. But that evening, I didn’t come across any more finds in that place, but this week there, literally in a trampled place, I dug up Katya’s nickel from a depth of one and a half bayonets, in very good condition.
